JUST IN: Train crushes luxury Lagos State bus + Video

One of the luxury buses in the fleet of the newly-introduced Lagos State bus service has been destroyed by a train.

According to a report from the accident scene monitored by the head of the News Pop NG team, Felix Ilori from Lanre Olotu, this is the case.

The collision occurred early Thursday morning in the Ikeja Along neighbourhood.

It appears from the images and video that the train carried the bus from the level crossing leading out of Ikeja into the Ajayi Farm area before stopping.

The driver's side of the bus was damaged approximately in the middle. As of press time, there was no official confirmation of the occurrence.
