Commissioner-designate urges youth to use social media for positive gains.

Mr Mohammed Muluku, Commissioner-designate, Nasarawa State, has advised youths and other Nigerians to use social media for positive ventures instead of insulting leaders.

Muluku made the call on Thursday while receiving members of the Wakama community and other individuals at his residence in Nassarawa Eggon Local Government Area.

The commissioner-designate, who is a former member of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, said that social media has massive economic potential for the youth if properly deployed.

He urged youths to harness the potential to their advantage and always pray and support leaders to succeed.

Muluku said that every leader needs the support and prayers of his people to succeed.

He called on Eggon people and other people of the state to continue to support Gov. Abdullahi Sule’s administration and other leaders of the state to succeed.

Muluku stated that Sule had done well and was still doing well in almost all sectors of the economy.

Muluku appreciated the community for their visit and assured them that he would provide an all-inclusive leadership if finally confirmed and sworn in as a member of the state executive council.

”I want to appreciate you for your coming and to assure you of my continued commitment to providing all-inclusive leadership.

”I will do my best to improve on the standard of living of our people and other citizens, “he said.

Earlier, Dr. Ismail Adigizi, a lecturer with Isa Mustapha Agwai Polytechnic, Lafia, and leader of the delegation, said that the visit was to congratulate Muluku on his appointment as commissioner.

“We are here to identify and rejoice with you on your appointment as Commissioner by Gov. Abdullahi Sule.

”We are happy over your appointment, as your appointment did not come to us as a surprise because of your track record.

” We have resolved to continue to support you to succeed,” he said.
