The Prosecutor, Sgt. Philip Amusan told the court that Oludayo and others at large conspired to cause breach of peace, deprivation of liberty, on Feb. 22, about 6. p.m. at Owolanwa Street, Olomi, Ibadan.

A 28 year-old-man, Abiodun Oludayo on Thursday appeared before an Iyaganku Magistrates' Court, Ibadan, for allegedly constituting nuisance.

Oludayo, whose residential address was not provided, was charged with conspiracy, conduct likely to cause breach of peace and depriving liberty.

The Prosecutor, Sgt. Philip Amusan told the court that Oludayo and others at large conspired to cause breach of peace, deprivation of liberty, on Feb. 22, about 6. p.m. at Owolanwa Street, Olomi, Ibadan.

He said the defendant allegedly deprived one Rokeeb Lateef of his liberty against his consent between Feb. 2 and Feb. 28, 2022.

He said the offence contravened Section 516, 249 and 365 of the criminal laws of Oyo State, 2000.

The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Magistrate Abimbola Amole-Ajimoti granted the defendant bail in the sum of N10,000 and one surety in like sum.

She adjourned the case until April 25, for hearing.
