"Put A Smile" is a charity event reaching out to everyone, especially persons with special needs and socially excluded people.

Maryann Charles-Dede, aka Annydee is an entrepreneur, the Director of Annydee Global where she deals on male and female accessories such as fascinators, hats, headbands, ties, pocket fillers, lapels, socks, footwears, bouquets, boutonnieres, eye accessories, and many more. She is a fashion explorer/style strategist, a gospel recording artist, and a Humanitarian. She's a lover of God and people, and it's always a pleasure to administer hope, strength and courage to everyone around her.

"Put A Smile" is a charity event reaching out to everyone, especially persons with special needs and socially excluded people. It's a call geared towards making the world a better place, adding value to humanity and literarily putting smiles on the faces of people. Everyone truly deserves a smile, and this is the least they usually do to bless humanity. According to her, "We all have rights to the basic necessities of life, however, life presents to some lesser opportunities to having those basic necessities." This was what they were birthed into, and her responsibility as human is to extend a part of what she has benefitted to them, hence 'Put A Smile'.

They are playing their part, trusting that every individual just like her would someday do something to aid life. 'We are blessed to be a blessing'. "Put A Smile" started in October 21st 2019 in Lagos, where they fed 300 destitute on the streets of Lagos. It was a great time, and a successful event. They took it a notch-higher reaching out to 150 Elderlies with food items, 70 asthmatics with inhalers, and 100 nursing mothers with baby items. It was yet another successful milestone.

Annydee and her team intend to build sustainability, and so they have decided to reach out to 4 different community schools in Port-Harcourt in this year's edition. They intend to reform characters and individuals who will become marketable in their fields of endeavours. They will be mounting 35 White boards for these schools/markers, accompanied with 9,000 note books for all the students/pupils. We pray for a great success story at the end of 2021 event.
