Adaku Nwachinemere announces feat as newly appointed ISFF media boss

Adaku Nwachinemere, serial entrepreneur and top Nigerian celebrity host whose presence attracts dignitaries and is best known for her work with Silverbird Television Port Harcourt on business tips, entertainment, and Red Carpet hosting, has signed up for a new adventure as she’s appointed head of media and publicity for the International Student Film Festival Okada.

The television personality who recently bagged a doctorate in mass communication wrote on her official Facebook account, "Finally a new adventure for me, I joined forces with the team at the international student film festival with the chief host and grand patron, Prof. Lawrence Ikechukwu, Vice Chancellor, Igbenedio University, Okada, and other notable legends of Nollywood for the forth coming international film festival happening in Okada this October".

The television host, who is said to have similarities with Oprah Winfrey, further wrote that the ISFF is the renowned Nollywood director Amb. Lancelot O. Imasuen's campus moving film festival. She says the festival is the director’s way of leaving a legacy as well as giving back to society.

The festival offers students in training their first taste of international awards and film festivals by giving them recognition in different categories for their creative movies submitted to the festival’s official page.

Students in training in tertiary institutions or any other higher learning film institutes from around the world were welcomed to submit their original films to enable them to be part of the festival with promises of great prices that honour Nollywood greats.

She promises an extraordinary, glamorous red carpet experience, mentoring, networking, and an overall fun-charged atmosphere for all participants. "Haha, I've levelled up Dr Adaku what a Sweet prefix," she concluded the post.
