Give priority to engineering if dream Pilot must come true, Bagudu advises students

The governor, while interacting with the students, expressed happiness to have met them at the airport on educational excursion.

Gov. Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi on Wednesday encouraged female students desirous of becoming pilots to give priority to engineering courses to successfully realise their dream.

He made this known when he met SS1 female students of the Government Girls Science College, Argungu, at Sir Ahmadu Bello International Airport, Birnin Kebbi.

Supreme reports that the students were members of the school's Press Club who on Wednesday were on excursion to Sir Ahmadu Bello International Airport, Birnin Kebbi.

The governor, while interacting with the students, expressed happiness to have met them at the airport on educational excursion.

Interacting with them, Bagudu took time to make some enquires on their areas of educational interest.

"I want to encourage those amongst you who aspire to become pilots to give priority to engineering if your dream must come true", he said.

Bagudu encouraged them to take their studies seriously towards becoming successful future professionals in their respective fields of choice.

NAN reports that the students enthusiastically cheered and acknowledged the governor in a resounding standing ovation.

Earlier, Capt. Ahmed Saidu-Muhammad of Azman Air and the Airport Manager, Alhaji Umaru Mande, addressed the students and responded to their numerous questions.

The Head Girl, Nabila Muhammad-Aliyu, thanked the governor for taking time to keenly listen to the.

She described the time spent with them as valuable and memorable.
