NPA says 33 vessels to arrive Lagos ports with petroleum products, food

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has said that 33 ships with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected at Apapa, Tin-Can Island and Lekki Deep Sea Ports in Lagos.
The NPA disclosed this in its “Daily Shipping Position’.
The authority said that the vessels are expected from March 2 to March 8.
It said the 16 of the expected ships contained containers of different goods others 25 ships to berth with bulk urea, crude oil, crude oil bulk salt, bulk fertiliser, gypsum, bulk salt, bulk sugar and general cargo.
Meanwhile, the NPA noted that 11 ships and tanker vessels had arrived at the three ports, waiting to berth with aviation fuel, petrol, diesel, alkaline and containers.
It also stated that 17 ships are presently discharging bulk wheat, general cargo, bulk urea, truck, bulk gas, and containers of different goods at Tincan, Apapa and Lekki ports.
