Manchester United return to winning ways – clinches comfortable win over Norwich City
Manchester United have claimed their second away win in a row with a comfortable 3-1 victory over Norwich City and have moved up to 7th place in the Premier League.
It’s been an eventful game in East Anglia as United played some of their best football of the season with Anthony Martial back in the attack alongside Marcus Rashford and Daniel James in an exciting front three.
However, it was Scott McTominay who opened the scoring and bagged United’s 2,000th Premier League goal in the process.
Rashford then saw a penalty saved before he made amends by slotting home a fine finish just moments later.
Martial would go on to miss a penalty himself before he also scored in the second-half as he chipped the brilliant Tim Krul after Rashford played him through with a cheeky back-heel.
