Insurance reappoints Odigie Technical Director

Bendel Insurance FC have reappointed Monday Odigie as the Technical Director.

Odigie’s reappointment was announced in a statement by the club’s  Media Officer, Kehinde Osagiede, and made available to newsmen on Wednesday in Benin.

According to the statement, Odigie’s reappointment received the approval of the state Deputy Gov. Philip Shaibu, after the club’s  exit from the AITEO Cup.

The statement noted that Odigie had assumed duty since July 12 as the Technical Director of the Edo Government-owned club.

Odigie led Insurance to the Nigeria Professional Football League in 2019, after two seasons  as  the club’s Technical Manager.

According to the management of the club, Odigie’s return  will strengthen the team’s technical department.

Benard Ogbe and Greg Ikhenoba remain the club’s Chief Coach and Assistant Coach, respectively.
