Al Mokawloon Al Arab, Egypt 9-1 Arta/Solar7, Djibouti (1-0) – Al Mokawloon Al Arab through on 10-1 goals aggregate.

Horseed, Somalia 0-3 Al Ittihad, Libya (1-4) – Al Ittihad qualify on 7-1 aggregate.

Fasil Kenema, Ethiopia 2-1 US Monastir, Tunisia (0-2) – US Monastir through on 3-2 aggregate.

Sagrada Esperança, Angola, walked over Mbabane Swallows after the Eswatini Football Association was not able to confirm the engagement of their representative in the CAF Confederation Cup by the CAF deadline.

AS Kigali, Rwanda 1-0 Orapa United, Botswana (1-2) – AS Kigali qualify on away goals rule.

Al Rabita, South Sudan VS Namungo, Tanzania (0-3) CAF called off the match after South Sudan’s failure to facilitate issues around the match officials for the day.

NAPSA Stars, Zambia 4-1 Ngozi Sport, Comoros (5-1) – NAPSA Stars qualify on 9-2 aggregate.

Bravos do Maquis, Angola 0-0 Étoile du Congo, Congo (1-1) – Bravos do Maquis through on away goals rule.
